Mustard yellow embroidered summer lawn suit
Breathable fabric, restrained accessories, and a dupatta that does not fight the heat.

Beating the heat and staying elegant are not opposing goals — they are a fabric decision.

Lawn earns its place in Pakistani summer wardrobes because of weave, not marketing. A fine cotton lawn is spun tightly enough to look crisp yet remains porous, so air moves through it and the cloth sits away from the skin rather than clinging. Lawn slub adds a subtle irregular texture to the same principle, which reads as more casual and hides creasing better through a long day.

Let the dupatta stay light

The most common summer styling mistake is pairing breathable lawn with a heavy dupatta. It defeats the point. Our three-piece summer sets ship with lightweight voile or chiffon precisely so the drape stays airy — keep it loose over one shoulder for daytime, and save the structured double-drape for evening functions.

Accessorise below the embroidery

When a shirt already carries multi-head threadwork at the neckline, competing jewellery flattens both. A pair of small gold jhumkas and a thin bangle stack is usually enough. If you want a statement piece, choose a suit with lighter embroidery and let the jewellery lead instead.

  • Daytime events: mid-tone or pastel base, minimal jewellery, flat sandals or kolhapuris.
  • Casual gatherings: lawn slub in a deeper shade, sleeves rolled once, hair tied back.
  • Evening in summer: ivory or off-white base, chiffon dupatta pinned, heeled sandal.

Tailoring for the season

Ask your tailor for a slightly relaxed body and a shorter sleeve than you would choose in winter. Since every suit arrives unstitched with full 3-metre shirt lengths, you have the fabric to make that call rather than living with someone else's cut.

The current lawn and slub designs are in the summer collection, with both 2-piece and 3-piece options.
